I keep having this ridiculous impulse that if I'd been there I would want to get out of my car and help. which is of course an extremely bad idea. so cute!! glad they got across safely!

I've been watching this for days (it's from my state, so it's everywhere). I love the fourth little bear who decided to heck with crossing the street, I'm going UP! and the gradual dawning on the mama what a pain it is that she can't carry two at a time.

I know I'm a terrible person because I kind of want to see this video of Mamma bear already exhausted and exasperated trying to get that many cubs across the road and totally losing it when she turns around and sees a human trying to help.

I feel mama bear's pain. When my 3 were little, 1, 2, and 3, I would take them to breakfast at a waffle restaurant on Sunday morning and let the (ex) wife sleep in. Right when the food arrived, one would say they needed to go to the bathroom. I had to make a decision. Leave two at the table while I took the 3 year old (daughter) to the men's room or bring them all or ... Usually, the kind waitress would offer to watch the other two at the table. I would return and then another would have to go or need a diaper change. It was a constant back and forth to the bathroom while trying to keep an eye on the other two. Generally, the best course of action was to pick up (carry) two while the other walked. Mama bear knew which ones needed to be carried and which ones would follow. For me, it was a crapshoot.

That's Janey Godley, Scottish National Treasure, she of "Trump is a C___" sign and dispenser of sick burns on those who'd try to troll her. She worked behind a bar in Glasgow for years, so she's heard everyone's shite and can give it back faster and hotter.

We've had the same momma bear around here for four years. She runs off coyotes and doesn't bother the livestock.

The poodles won't chase her but they do want to play with the cubs. Last fall they treed all four of the cubs and I was trying to get the dogs in. Mom came and looked then lay down and had a nap. Coulda cared less.

I don't know if that's because the poodles are black and can stand on their hind legs?

Any parent of twins or more has been that mama bear at some point. Recently only had to look after just one (t'other was off with mum for a few hours) and my lord, it was easy mode.

The Janey video's been DMCA'd since the owner sold it to ViralHog, and the first thing they do is take down all remixes.
